Welcome! One of our staff will greet you when you arrive. Please sign in. There will be a few more forms to fill out. If you have insurance that you would like us to do a benefits check on, we will get a copy of your card and your picture ID at this time. |
| You will have your consultation and exam. If necessary we will take full spine digital x-rays as well. Our digital technology allows for shorter exposure time and is very safe. Please make sure to let the doctor know if you are or may be, pregnant or have any other questions or concerns about x-rays. |  |

When you return for your report of findings, you will get a thorough review of your x-ray and exam findings. We encourage you to bring someone with you to this visit. There is a lot of information and it helps to have someone with you to think of questions and remember what you learn. In most cases we will have had a chance to verify your insurance support for our office by this visit and can let you know what to expect you should need and want care. |
